It’s my second day of trying to post everyday, and I’m already at a loss of what to say. I know, I might be re-thinking this idea.
So for now, how about a great new recipe? This one is a great dessert and super easy too!
These are Rolo stuffed cookies. So fast, so easy, and amazing. You won’t be disappointed.
1 pkgRolo’s
1 box Devils Food Cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs. Take a small ball of dough and form a ball around the rolo. (Only use enough dough to cover the rolo so it can spread through the cookie.) Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes. Yields about 3 dozen.
The funny part? I can’t even make these here, cause I have yet to find rolos in this country! What a tragedy eh? It’s what we missionaries in Haiti used to joke and call “First World problems in the Third World”. We talked about starting a blog about it, there was some pretty funny things we came up with!
You want a few more examples?
1. The stinkin’ internet isn’t fast enough to stream movies. (Hello-you are complaining when you have a. electricity b. internet c. your own personal laptop?!!)
2. I can’t think of anymore right now! Somebody help me out here!!
If I sent you some Rolos, would they get to you without melting?
