Home sweet home.

We made it. I’ve never been so happy to be home!

Thank you to the many, many, many of you who prayed for our travels. Yesterday was one of the smoothest travel days we have had since living in Haiti! I know AA was the one who actually flew us, but it sure felt like a host of angels took us all the way back to San Diego. We are so excited to head off to Colorado for a few days, enjoy fellowship with good friends, the beautiful snow, and majestic Colorado. It sounds silly to admit, but I feel like a kid before Christmas. I get to have the gift of seeing a very dear friend, and we get to visit a place I have always wanted to see. I have never been to Colorado, but in my head, it is the most perfect place to live. I’m not sure it can live up to the expectations I have had of it for my whole life (since I always do struggle with having very high expectations!) but I can’t wait to check it out!
